Honey Glazed Chicken Wings With Maggi

Holiday gone, weekend approaching. Oh gosh, TGIF. What have I done for the past two days of public holidays?Hmmm… nothing except for bringing the kids for a swim at the club and then as usual doing housework and cooking. We had a pot luck party at Ah Mah’s house yesterday noon. It’s Ah Mah’s 97th birthday. As usual too much food to eat and too many choices and ended up you eat till you drop.

Went back home at about 4 pm and rest for a short while before planning what to cook for dinner. When I asked them what to cook for dinner, they never answer. If I can read their face expression, they are like telling me ” What the heck Mom, I am so full to the max and your are asking us what to eat next?” LOL.

So what’s for dinner? Did something simple for dinner since everyone is still full. I took out the packet of chicken wings I bought from the supermarket and defrost it. Did a simple marination with few Maggi products and leave it on to marinate for few hours before grilling. This is an easy recipe for marination. We only had our light dinner at 9 pm. It is a finger licking good honey glazed chicken wings. LOL
