I am still stuck with my plan to move forward to get myself involved in online business. As some of you must be aware that this is my plan to prepare myself to be a SAHM. But then I was trying to figure out how to create a website for my online business and now  I definately need to look for a budgeting software to help me to set up my webpage. I am still thinking whether this can help me to do my accounts or not. Haizzz… why am I always delaying myself to start of the business.

Last week when I was shopping in Jusco near my place, I saw the champagne grapes at the chiller section. I quickly grab a box and put it in my trolley as not much left. I hardly see this small little tiny champagne grapes selling at the night market or at any of the hypermarkets except for Jusco though the pricing is not that cheap. But it is certainly one of my kids favourite cos you don’t need to peel the skin and it is seedless. When I brought the grapes back, both Le-Ann and Ee-Thern and also Dearie Suki ate it by bunch.  They can finish the whole box within hours and me hardly try one of it cos I was busy cooking at that time. Haizzz…. but my kids got so excited and surprised to see such a small mini grapes.

So you see, it is really tiny right and it is much more smaller than a pistachio nuts. When I am young, I hardly see such tiny fruits in my life. I wonder do they have any other small and tiny fruits around like oranges, apples, banana, hahahaha.. Nowadays with such an advance technology there are so many things invented in a small mini size. Then Dearie Suki show me the micro sd chip he bought for his PDA from Low Yat Paza. Aduiii…. much more smaller and tiny and as small as my finger. I really salute to today’s advance technology to come out with such a small thing in the world.

6 years working in my current company, I felt that the HR Department in my company needed an uplift. Through these years I see the way they work is wasting time and still using the old and conservative method when its time to do appraisal to their staff. I think it is just wasting time. If I have the chance to voice out to the management I would recommend them the Halogen eAppraisal software. The software will helps to do the self assessment of each staff during the appraisal period. It actually helps you to reduce the time and money spent when conducting and recording the employees appraisal. Isn’t using a software to do is much more easier than do it manually. I just don’t understand why the company still insist of not investing a software for it.
